We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver to serve our purchasing department in a safe and timely manner. Eligible candidates can expect to perform the following duties:
- Receive daily delivery plan from Purchasing Manager verbally and/or through electronic communication tool
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Drive company vehicle to deliver lumber, building materials, hardware and other building and maintenance supplies to construction sites or places of business.
- Load and unload supplies
- Load vehicle safely and accurately
- Verify order details and maintain receipts
- Collect and organize required paperwork for delivery
- Assist in yard and warehouse with stocking, loading and organizing materials
- Collect or pick up unused products/tools to be returned to warehouse
- Treat all employees and suppliers with courtesy and respect
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the inside and outside of delivery vehicles
- Report to work in provided uniform, daily
- Comply with all traffic guidelines

To be successful in this role you most possess the following:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a professional truck driver
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good driving record
- Working Cell Phone
- Valid TWIC card is a plus
You must also be
- Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to push, pull, walk/climb various terrains.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Finish Carpenter to complete the finishing touches on trim and carpentry work for various construction projects. You may work on a variety of projects, including cabinet making, framing, decking, crown molding, baseboard installations, and window and door installation to include hardware.
Eligible candidates can expect to perform the following duties:
- Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
- Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc.
- Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed
- Collaborate with other carpenters, labors, project managers and supervisors to complete projects
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment
- Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- 8 + years of finish carpentry experience
- Proficient in leveling and shimming operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Blueprint reading skills
- Able to use common hand tools and power tools
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment and carpentry trade tools
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
You must also be
- Able to lift to 60 pounds from ground level to waist level and up to 30 pounds to above shoulder level throughout a scheduled work shift.
- Able to stand and walk continuously throughout a scheduled work shift.
- Able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands.
- Able to climb ladders.
- Able to bend, squat, kneel and crawl.
- Able to work outdoors in wet, muddy, cold, hot, and humid weather.
- Able to demonstrate corrected vision (in both eyes) and acceptable corrected hearing
- Able to lift and perform work above shoulder height

A construction foreman has a solid background in the field. Your leadership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.
Eligible candidates can expect to perform the following duties:
- Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
- Producing schedules and monitor attendance of crew
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workers
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to project manager/supervisor

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- 10+ years of general construction experience including a minimum of 5 years Foreman specific experience managing a crew of 4 or more construction workers.
- HS Diploma/GED required
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Aptitude in math
- Problem-solving abilities
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Good physical condition and stamina

The Project Engineer is the chief engineer on the project. He or she is responsible for all on-site project administration. He or she will report to the Project Manager or the Project Superintendent.
The Field Engineer works directly for the Superintendent. The position may be used as an apprenticeship for the Project Superintendent’s job, as part of the training leading to the Project Engineer’s role, or to gain field experience for future assignments in estimating. management, etc. As such, the role of the Field Engineer is flexible to fit the capabilities and background of the individual, as well as the nature of the project. The prime responsibility is to help the superintendent in any and all ways possible, and in so doing, to take advantage of the Superintendent’s knowledge and experience to further the individual’s own progress. Although the majority of a Field Engineer’s time will be spent in the field, there are some duties which will require work in the field office.
