Design/Build Renovation of an in use school campus for the Department of Education. Re-design, demolition and rebuild of all interior partitions, plumbing, electrical and air conditioning systems. Structural repairs to walls and ceiling were completed. New interior finishes including flooring, painting and acoustic ceiling tiles. New restrooms were added and existing restrooms expanded and upgraded. Storefronts and movable partitions were added to classrooms. New intercom, fire alarm and data communication systems were installed, as well as furnishings in all rooms.
